Novi Pazar could have taken the lead in the 28th minute when Aleksandar Mesarović shot from 25 meters, but he hit the crossbar.
In the second half, OFK Belgrade took the lead in the 60th minute. Ognjen Mršić fouled Nikola Knežević in his own penalty area, and Suriname international Gleofilo Vlijter was confident from the penalty spot, putting the hosts ahead.
However, in the 66th minute, Novi Pazar equalized. Adem Ljajić took a free kick from 25 meters and scored to make it 1:1, which remained the final score.
The match was played at the Kraljevica Stadium in Zaječar.
In the next round, Novi Pazar will host Crvena Zvezda, while OFK Belgrade will visit Čukarički.
